The master plan has been designed to engender a sense of place and at the centre of the Vision Park is a ‘green heart’. All of the buildings will have an aspect on to this space which will be readily accessed by pedestrians and vehicles using the boulevard that runs across the site.

The first phase will consist of high tech industrial incubator units and will be available on a leasehold basis from the local authority from early 2017.

The second phase will comprise an Innovation Building and Knowledge Quarter which will offer advanced manufacturing, research and development spaces alongside offices.

The third phase will consist of an office building with bespoke design packages available and will benefit from a sustainable design and specification.
