Strategic master planning commission for both the north and south side of DTVA covering over 338 ha of land around an operational international airport.
An ongoing commission which has produced outline planning consent for an airfreight park to the south offering over 176,000m2 of speculative B2/B8 units. Development plans to the north side comprise a mixture of residential, leisure, retail, commercial and industrial, along with refurbishment schemes.
Proving the case for economic impact for Public Development Agencies has been an essential part of the commission working in partnership with Peel and Local Planning Authorities and various Investment agencies and potential tenants.
Individual design schemes have included new fire training facilities for SERCO, rationalisation of space and refurbishment of the terminal building, bespoke airside hangars and distribution centres.
Master planners and design architects.
