The delivery of two 9500m2, four storey atrium style office buildings as the first phase of a four block plan on a secure manufacturing site.
These flexible open plan office buildings are designed to suite a variety of needs initially.
Each upper floor level can accommodate 200 people and the bridge links at each level offer a glimpse into the working and meeting spaces elsewhere in the building.
Green measures include rainwater harvesting and biomass boilers for carbon neutral means of heating.
A BREEAM rating of ‘Very Good’ was achieved.
The buildings comprise:
- Central atrium space
- Open plan and cellular offices
- Coffee shop and breakout space
- Conference and VIP meeting rooms
