A reserved matters planning application for a major industrial site in Yorkshire has been submitted following the completion of design work by FDG.

The 5.60 acre site at Aero Centre Yorkshire was acquired by Trebor/Hillwood from Peel L&P and is due to be developed into two industrial units – 45,000 sq ft and 59,000 sq ft – which will be built on a speculative basis over the next 12 months. Construction is due to commence in the Summer.
