Bridgewater House has expanded its onsite facilities for tenants by refurbishing the basement to accommodate additional showers, changing rooms and a cycle store.

FDG’s Interior Design team were appointed by the landlord, APAM, to design the space which draws on the historic building’s existing fabric of original glazed tiling and terrazzo flooring. FDG was delighted to be back working within one of its most iconic Manchester schemes designed by the architectural team in 1912. Savills acted as project manager and Courtis Thomas was the contractor.
