The private show villa consists of three storeys with a gross internal area of 370m2.

The layout was designed to show what was projected as “English” style with options for “French” and “American Colonial” within this first stage development.

Our role advised on layout change to suit the style, interior design and full specification of all furniture, fittings and decor.

The centre comprises:

• Show house with all furniture, fixtures and decor
• Inspired by the Regency period of Georgian design
