Begbroke Science Park, owned and managed by Oxford University and It brings together a unique blend of world-class scientists, industry leaders, decision-makers, and visionary entrepreneurs to bridge the gap between cutting edge research and commercial opportunities.
To support the growing ecosystem, a commercial sciences building has been developed by the University.
Our client has commissioned a project to fitout this building. Strategically designed to cater to a diverse range of science companies, the scheme offers adaptable spaces that
accommodate various business scales. From fully-equipped wet lab spaces, spanning from bench-scale to self-contained wet and dry labs, to serviced Shell and Core spaces
for larger enterprises, the facility is poised to meet the dynamic needs of the scientific community.
At the core of the building lies a three-story atrium, purposefully designed to serve as a nexus for collaboration among tenants. An inviting café space at its base not only provides a unique setting for scientists to convene but also fosters spontaneous interactions and idea exchanges.
Furthermore, sustainability is a driving force behind this venture. The scheme has been designed to achieve the BREEAM excellent certification while also striving to meet WELL
standards. This ensures that the environment not only supports ground breaking research but also prioritizes the well-being and productivity of all who call Begbroke Science
Park their home.
