Achilles Therapeutics is a biopharmaceutical company developing precision T cell therapies. As part of Achilles' growth plans, they are expanding their R&D capabilities through the establishment of a new state-of-the-art commercial science facility Sycamore House, Stevenage.
Sycamore House, an innovation hub designed to provide organizations with a dynamic platform for growth within the thriving life sciences community. Functioning as a versatile multi-tenant building, Sycamore House caters to start-ups, scale-ups, and corporate entities, fostering collaboration and synergy among participants at various stages of their life cycle in the life sciences sector.
The project’s overarching goal involves the transformation of the shell and core space into advanced Research and Development laboratories, featuring cutting-edge primary and secondary functions. Beyond the technical science spaces, the development encompasses additional areas such as write-up spaces, support offices, and breakout spaces, all strategically designed to complement and enhance the overall scientific capabilities of the facility.
