Architectural Service to SMPC and Bovis Lelliott for duration of design and construction period.

The project included the refurbishment and overcladding of five floors of office and ancillary accommodation, creation of additional ground floor retail space and the installation of air conditioning.
The original building was developed in the early 1970’s and at the time of refurbishment had been standing unused for about four years. The building sits over the Richmond main line rail station platforms. Construction involved the removal of all services and the replacement of the existing facade.
