Masterplanners and Architects.
Airport growth generates potential for both commercial and industrial development. Teesside Airport has over 300 acres (120 ha) of developable land both brownfield and former operational land, that offers up to 3 million sq.ft. (250K sqm) of potential development. Masterplanning of this potential involved the integration of operational airport development land as well as circulation, servicing and security issues. Proving the case for economic impact for Public Development Agencies has been an essential part of the remit for the project as the team is involved with the Inward Investment Agencies as well as the Airport owners.
