Refurbishment and extension, of a city centre former department store, for mixed-use development including retail and offices.
The offices provide 15,500m2 of flexible grade ‘A’ accommodation arranged around a large top lit atrium. Communal facilities are provided at efficiently spaced cores, which allow the sub-division of each floor plate into several suites. The offices are located above 3 floors of retail totalling 12,000m2, and basement car parking for 40 vehicles.
Amongst other awards, this project has received the National Award in the 2010 BCO Awards for Refurbished and Recycled Workplace.
