No. 3 Hardman Street is a corporate development providing 34,360m2 of category A open plan office accommodation over 16 floors, with underground parking for 250 cars.

No. 3 Hardman Street is within the Spinningfields commercial district in Central Manchester, where an entire new regional business quarter has been built for Manchester’s corporate community.

3 Hardman Square was key to this urban regeneration project as the largest speculatively developed office building outside of London at the time.

The building was 80% let before completion and has a BREEAM rating of ‘excellent’. Of the building’s 16 storeys , one floor dedicated to plant space.
