We provided this residential development with a small communal seating area — somewhere to enjoy a morning coffee or relax with a glass of wine and a book after a long day at work. Situated within the atrium, this space has an abundance of natural light and a touch of greenery, making it a comfortable, relaxing setting. The design however was done pre-pandemic; we now see this space being used more frequently as a retreat from the ‘home-office’.
