Burnley Innovation Park, made up of 130,000sq.ft of manufacturing and office space in Burnley’s Knowledge Quarter has been granted detailed planning permission. A start on site is expected later this year. Units of between 1,000sq.ft and 30,000sq.ft will be available. The Master plan was designed by The Fairhursts Design Group.
