The Science Technology and Prototyping Centre has been shortlisted for the RICS West Midlands Awards within the Regeneration and Innovation Category.

The £12m project involves the construction of a new building on a disused brownfield site close to Wolverhampton City Centre to provide office, workshop, and laboratory facilities for SMEs in the Science and Technology sectors to help them establish and grow their businesses in the area. The building contains over 4,000sq.m of useable floor area spread over three floors, and was created with flexibility of use, low energy and the user experience at the heart of its design.
